TONE IT

60 minutes

 

Tone, shape and strengthen with this complete full body workout! TONE IT sessions have been designed to combine exercises that increase muscular strength and endurance, while also refining your posture and body alignment. You will certainly feel the burn in this class and have fun along the way!

 

WORK IT

60 minutes

 

A session to increase your heart rate and build a strong Cardiovascular System. With a diverse range of heart pumping exercises, you will be sure to work up a sweat, burn loads of calories and feel great! As with all our classes, WORK IT can be altered to suit all fitness levels, so whether your fitness level is beginner or advanced, this class is for you! Leave each Work It session with an ultimate endorphin high and sense of achievement.

 

HIIT IT

60 minutes

 

A high intensity interval training session that is exactly as the name suggests! A 60 minute sweat session that will have you using quick bursts of energy, followed by a short break. Using a HIIT style of training with a range of equipment (weighted and non-weighted), you will burn some serious energy which will help to burn fat.

 

BOX IT

60 minutes

 

A vigorous workout that will increase your strength and cardiovascular endurance as you punch, rip and kick your way through the class. This popular session is the ultimate stress reliever and will leave you feeling energised and empowered. One of our most popular sessions.

 

PILATES

45 minutes

 

A great stretching and strengthening session to help with your flexibility. We are happy to have Maddy our resident Physio taking every second Tuesday session, on alternate weeks I will be taking a Yoga/Pilates mix to help stretch you out in preparation for your weekly workouts.
