Workout on your terms! We love group fitness, but understand that not everyones training preferences will be the same. This is why we offer group fitness membership options to suit all schedules, abilities and goals. Choose a membership based on the amount of times per week you wish to train, and only attend the sessions you want!

SPROUT

$100 per month

The SPROUT membership is perfect for those with a busy schedule who can only attend one session per week. You choose which session you would like to attend based on the type of workout your body needs! We promise you we will make it worth your while!

FLOURISH

$153 per month

If you’re after just a little more intensity, then why not double your sessions with our FLOURISH membership? Attend your choice of any two sessions each week, choosing from our range of HIIT classes, full body work outs and pilates!

THRIVE

$195 per month

Have you got some serious goals to reach? You feel like you want to make the most of your health and fitness? You love to train at least three times per week? Then THRIVE is for you. You will have full access to all of our sessions and can attend unlimited sessions each week. You are worth it!
